15 Year Warranty

GRAHAM FRP Composites warrants to owners of structures within continental North America using its GRANEX® panels that such panels will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 15 years from the date of original shipment. This warranty is in effect only if the panels have been installed in accordance with GRAHAM FRP Composites' written instructions and with established building practices, have been subjected only to normal use and exposure and have been accorded treatment which is considered good practice in the building industry regarding storage and maintenance. Within 90 days after discovery of any defect under this warranty, and before any alteration or repair is made, the owner shall notify the nearest GRAHAM FRP Composites' authorized representative to arrange for an inspection.

Each GRANEX® panel found by an authorized representative of GRAHAM FRP Composites to be defective within the meaning of the warranty will, at GRAHAM FRP Composites' option, and within 90 days from the date of notification by the owner, either be replaced insofar as the defective portion is concerned with new uninstalled GRANEX® panels delivered to the location of the structure, or a cash allowance will be made, not to exceed the delivered purchase price of such panels found to be defective and reduced by 0.56% of such delivered purchase price for each month such panels have been installed.

GRAHAM FRP Composites shall have no liability under this warranty or under any implied warranty for the cost and expense of removing the defective panels or re-installing any new panels.

This warranty states the entire liability of GRAHAM FRP Composites with respect to the product name above, except for the application of any warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use which are limited to the duration of this express warranty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL GRAHAM FRP COMPOSITES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, AND ANY SUCH DAMAGES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY.
