Panel Dimensions

Standard production panel sizes are as follows:

Width:
2' (600 mm), 3' (900 mm), 4' (1200 mm), 5' (1500 mm) or 6' (1800 mm)

Length:
4' (1200 mm), 6' (1800 mm), 8' (2400 mm), 10' (3000 mm), 12' (3600 mm), 14' (4200 mm) or 16' (4800 mm)

Orders under 1,000 sq ft (100 sq m) will be supplied in the above standard size panels. Orders over 1,000 sq ft (100 sq m) may be supplied in custom sizes within the following minimum and maximum panel sizes and will be subject to minimum quantity requirements:

Minimum panel size:
2' (600 mm) x 4' (1200 mm)

Maximum panel size:
6' (1800 mm) x 16' (4800 mm)

Dimensional tolerance is maintained to within ± 1/8" (3.2 mm). Panels shall be made to a square tolerance of ± 1/4" (6.4 mm) on the diagonal. Panel thickness varies with type and size of aggregate.
