Because GRANEX® is a monobloc laminate, produced under factory controlled conditions, it is not affected by jobsite weather conditions such as rain, snow, humidity, heat or cold. It can be erected in adverse weather conditions that would be impossible for exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) or stucco and brick. There is no need for expensive hoarding or space heating to protect GRANEX®, (although the tradesmen certainly appreciate it!). If construction falls behind schedule due to bad weather or winter, GRANEX® could be a solution.
