Failing tile on the exterior of a 22 storey office building in Dallas Texas was a hazard to pedestrians below. GRANEX® was selected to retrofit all areas below windows where ceramic tile had been installed years prior. The panels installed easily, with a two man crew on swing stages using mechanic fasteners, specially selected to anchor into the underlying brick.
