Cladding and Decking

CHEMCLAD® C Series roofing and siding panels are developed
specifically for use in corrosive environments where durability and high
structural performance are required.
C Series panels are available in six weight classes to cover a broad
range of structural requirements. The primary reinforcing within the
material is continuous glass fibers in a woven, bidirectional pattern. The
longitudinal and transverse reinforcing pattern results in efficient
transfer of loads within the section. High strength and stiffness
properties are developed from the high glass content of 40% of the
material weight.
The panels are furnished in either isophthalic polyester or vinyl
ester resin systems. Both resin systems provide outstanding resistance to
chemicals and high humidity. The polyester system is suitable for most
industrial conditions in constant temperature exposures up to 150 degrees
Fahrenheit. For applications with operating temperatures between 150 and
225 degrees Fahrenheit, the vinyl ester resin formulation is recommended.
The standard materials have a Class I flame spread rating of less than 25.
The materials are available in several standard and custom colors,
except for 6.0 x 2.0 and 8.0 x 3.5 RoofDecks, which are available in Brite
White (C362) only. Profiles can be provided as translucent products with
similar material construction, and with the ability to transmit light
through the panels.
