Having tensile strength greater than steel, glass fibers are an excellent reinforcing material. CHEMCLAD® C Series panels are reinforced primarily with layers of woven glass balanced with a complement of chopped strands. The high glass to resin ratio of over 40% (by weight) and bidirectional reinforcing produce high strength and stiffness properties.

As a result, CHEMCLAD® can be used in conventional construction with standard design criteria. The ultimate benefit for the end user is outstanding protection against leaks and panel blow offs resulting in safe and better working conditions.
